Michael Sessine

Class of 2021

Michael Sessine is a medical student in the class of 2021 who is pursuing a joint MD/MBA. He is from West Bloomfield, MI. His educational degrees include majors in Biology and French at the University of Michigan. He plans to specialize in Urology. From a healthcare system perspective, he spent time both in the hospital and on the administrative side of healthcare have led him to develop an interest in mechanisms to best align incentives in our healthcare system. Clinically, his research interests are around prostate cancer genetics and screening in high-risk patients. A fun fact about Michael is that he has eaten at Subway in 12 different countries
