Matt Pun

Matt Pun is an MD-PhD student in the class of 2025. He is from Shelton, CT. He earned a BS with a double major in Biology and Public Policy Studies from Duke University and worked as a research technician in a cancer epigenetics laboratory prior to beginning medical school. His professional interests include genetics and epigenetics research, health policy, and STEM education. Outside of medical school, he enjoys playing basketball and soccer and loves traveling to the ocean and learning about marine life.
