Packard Health is an Ann Arbor-based Federally Qualified Health Center with three clinics in the community. Med ECG has worked with Packard Health on two projects focusing on very different operational and strategic goals at Packard Health. One project dealt with standardizing clinic operations across sites and determining the best ways to track progress. The second project was research-oriented dealing with payer contracting and future-minded value-based health care initiatives.
